1. Who we are and scope
These terms describe the conditions for using games provided by BXK Digital F.Z.C (BXK, we or us) that link to them, and the related information on bxkdigital.com. Business address: Ajman Free Zone C1, B.C. 1302590, Ajman, UAE. Telephone: +971553255600. Contact: info@bxkdigital.com. The game currently covered is ASMR Bounce: Brick Breaker. Game-specific purchase benefits are described below and in the relevant store offer. A separate agreement for development, publishing or other business services is not replaced by these game terms. Please read these terms before using the services. If applicable law requires a parent's or guardian's agreement, that agreement is needed; a child's use alone is not treated as valid parental consent. Version notice — 2 October 2026: Android production build 15 (1.0.3-v1.3+15) is published on Google Play. It uses the 18+ intended audience, no age selector, non-personalized advertising and the optional permanent upgrade described below. Ad delivery depends on consent, purchase status, provider approval and availability. Internal purchase-diagnostic builds disable ad requests and paid checkout but can restore existing purchases; included SDKs may still process technical data. Earlier builds may differ. This notice does not announce an iOS release. For the Apple version, section 11 below specifies the applicable licence, purchase and restoration rules. References to Google Play checkout and reviewer codes concern Android only.
2. Intended audience and purchases
ASMR Bounce: Brick Breaker is intended for adults aged 18 and over. This intended audience does not itself impose a minimum playing age or replace the store's content rating. Younger players should involve a parent or guardian where applicable law requires, including for purchases or entering an agreement. Purchases must be authorized by the payment-account holder and satisfy store rules. Parents and guardians may use device and store purchase controls. The game no longer asks players to select their age; neither an older saved age choice nor a content rating verifies identity or grants parental or purchase permission.
3. Permission to play and intellectual property
Subject to these terms and applicable law, BXK grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use the game for your own entertainment on compatible devices through authorized distribution channels. The game and its content remain owned by BXK or its licensors; a purchase does not transfer ownership of their intellectual property. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licences. Nothing here restricts rights or exceptions that applicable law or an applicable open-source licence gives you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use our services unlawfully, distribute unauthorized copies, access systems or information without permission, interfere with security or operation, or misrepresent a purchase or right to paid content. Do not provide another person's private information without a lawful reason. These rules do not prohibit lawful criticism, accessibility use, or activities that applicable law expressly permits. Report problems or suspected security issues to info@bxkdigital.com without sending passwords or private payment information.
5. Paid features and store transactions
Purchases are optional and available only where the relevant game, build and store offer support them. The store purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, taxes and purchase terms before confirmation. Google Play processes Android purchases; its applicable terms and purchase rules also apply. A purchase grants only the benefits described for that product and game, not benefits in every BXK game or another store or platform unless the offer expressly says so. We do not describe an internal test as automatically free: a no-charge Google Play test requires a licensed tester using a Google test payment instrument. Other test-track purchases can use normal payment methods and incur a charge.
6. ASMR Bounce permanent upgrade
The permanent upgrade is a single, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription or a recurring charge. It removes all in-game ads, including banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, unlocks selection of all 500 levels in the current game catalogue and provides one ad-free extra burst per eligible level attempt. It does not mark levels as completed or replace earned progress. In builds where ads are disabled for everyone, the other available benefits still apply. The same upgrade keeps ad-enabled releases ad-free without another purchase, subject to applicable refund or revocation rules. It is not a promise of future games, unlimited future content or compatibility with every future device.
7. Restoration, refunds and review access
Use the game's Restore purchase option with the Google Play account associated with the purchase to restore an eligible upgrade. Store availability and an internet connection may be needed for verification. Restoring an upgrade does not restore locally stored earned progress. A cancelled, pending, refunded or revoked transaction does not establish an ongoing paid entitlement. For purchase help or a refund request, use Google Play's applicable refund process or contact info@bxkdigital.com. Eligibility depends on the circumstances, store rules and applicable law; we do not exclude mandatory refund or other consumer rights. Optional reviewer access is temporary, session-only access for review. It is not a purchase, cannot be sold as ownership and does not save progress earned during the review session; your previously saved progress is unchanged. An eligible Google Play promotional code for the permanent upgrade grants the same benefits without an additional paid purchase. Redeem it through Google Play using the account that will use the game. If the upgrade does not appear, use Restore purchases or contact info@bxkdigital.com; do not buy it again to resolve a redemption problem.
8. Availability, updates and local progress
Games may receive fixes, content changes and compatibility updates. Availability can depend on your device, operating system, region and the store. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. ASMR Bounce keeps earned progress and preferences locally rather than in a BXK cloud account; clearing app data or changing devices can lose that progress unless device backup or transfer restores it. We will not use these terms to arbitrarily cancel a valid permanent upgrade or remove mandatory remedies. If a change materially affects paid content, any required notice, choice or remedy under applicable law remains available.
9. Your legal rights and our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes any applicable rights when paid digital content is defective, not supplied or not as described. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Third-party stores and linked services have their own terms, but their involvement does not remove BXK's legal responsibilities to you.
10. Privacy, changes and contact
The separate BXK Digital Privacy Policy explains data handling and is available alongside these terms on our website and offline in the game. Reading either document, using the game or choosing an age group is not by itself consent to advertising or other processing requiring separate consent. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the services or legal requirements and will revise the date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention as required by law; required agreement will be requested separately, and changes will not remove rights already acquired under mandatory law. 11. Apple licence, purchases and restoration
For the App Store copy, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app licence: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These BXK service terms supplement it, do not replace it and do not limit its rights or mandatory consumer rights. Apple handles iOS checkout; its purchase screen shows the final localized price and currency before confirmation. The permanent upgrade remains one non-consumable purchase, not a subscription: access to all 500 current levels, the applicable extra burst and continued ad-free play. Purchase-enabled TestFlight betas use sandbox test purchases and may display sample ads before an upgrade. A verified test upgrade unlocks the benefits above and removes sample ads; it does not charge real money. The current offer does not include Apple Family Sharing or cross-store access. An Apple purchase does not unlock Android, and a Google Play purchase does not unlock iOS. Use Restore purchases with the purchasing Apple Account; Apple authentication or internet access may be required. This restores eligible paid access, not earned progress. Pending approval does not grant a new upgrade; cancellation, refund and revocation follow the verified store state, which may update later while offline. For Apple refunds use https://reportaproblem.apple.com/; for game support contact info@bxkdigital.com. Store rules and applicable law determine eligibility; mandatory remedies remain available. TestFlight purchases use Sandbox without a charge. Test entitlements do not constitute a purchase of the public release, and beta access can expire. This does not alter the separate Google Play test-payment warning above. Google reviewer codes do not grant the Apple upgrade. In a public App Store release, confirming the permanent upgrade is a real purchase at the price displayed by Apple, not a free sandbox transaction.
