1. Who we are and what this policy covers
BXK Digital F.Z.C (BXK, we or us) provides games and related support. Business address: Ajman Free Zone C1, B.C. 1302590, Ajman, UAE. Telephone: +971553255600. Privacy contact: info@bxkdigital.com. This shared policy applies to BXK games that link to it, our company website bxkdigital.com, and related support and enquiries. The game currently covered is ASMR Bounce: Brick Breaker. Its specific practices are explained in sections 7–9. A feature described for that game does not automatically apply to another game. We will identify additional covered games and explain any different data practices before introducing them. This policy explains information handling; it is not a request for advertising consent. Version notice — 2 October 2026: Android production build 15 (1.0.3-v1.3+15) is published on Google Play. It uses the 18+ intended audience, no age selector, non-personalized advertising and the optional permanent upgrade described below. Ad delivery depends on consent, purchase status, provider approval and availability. Internal purchase-diagnostic builds disable ad requests and paid checkout but can restore existing purchases; included SDKs may still process technical data. Earlier builds may differ. This notice does not announce an iOS release. For the Apple version, also read sections 11–12 below. Google Play purchases, Android backup and reviewer-code descriptions apply to the Android version, not to Apple checkout. The Apple-specific information supplements this shared policy.
2. Support and company enquiries
When you email info@bxkdigital.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, discuss an enquiry, and handle privacy or legal requests. Our email providers process correspondence to deliver and store it. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary information about children. Parents or guardians should contact us on a child's behalf where appropriate. If we learn that we have received a child's personal information beyond what applicable law permits, we will delete it or take the steps that law requires.
3. Company website
Our website is hosted through Hostinger. When a page is requested, hosting and network services receive technical information such as the IP address, requested page, access time and browser or device information, and may keep operational or security logs. This supports delivering the website, diagnosing faults and preventing abuse. Our current website and these legal pages do not include advertising or analytics trackers, and the legal pages do not set cookies or contain data-entry forms. Other company pages load Google Fonts from Google, which receives the font requests and your IP address; these legal pages use system fonts and make no external font requests. Google's Privacy Policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Email links open your email service; information is sent to us when you send your message. Other sites reached through links have their own privacy practices.
4. Sharing, security and international processing
Information may be processed by our hosting, email and support providers and by the store, advertising and consent providers described in sections 8–9, or disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Some privacy laws define sale or sharing more broadly than an exchange of information for money; the advertising practices and available privacy choices are described in section 9. Google Play separately processes store and payment information as described in section 8. Providers may process information outside your country, where data-protection rules can differ; applicable requirements for international transfers still apply. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed for the relevant purpose. Local game data benefits from the device's application-storage protections. No storage or communication system is completely secure.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain support and enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle the matter, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, subject to the additional child-data safeguards above. Any order records we retain are kept only as needed for support, refunds, accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Website technical records are retained according to operational and security needs and applicable provider retention settings. Local game data remains until cleared or removed; Android backup or device transfer may retain or restore copies. Clearing game storage resets local progress and preferences, not a purchase recorded in your Google Play account. Google controls retention of its own account and transaction records under its policies and legal obligations.
6. Your rights and reasons for processing
Where a legal basis is required, we process information as necessary to provide requested services or respond to you, for legitimate interests in operating and protecting our services where those interests do not override your rights, and to meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately; reading this policy or choosing an age group is not advertising consent or parental consent. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent for consent-based processing, or complain to your data-protection authority. Contact info@bxkdigital.com. We may request proportionate information to verify a request, and legal retention requirements may limit deletion. We cannot retrieve local-only gameplay data from your device.
7. ASMR Bounce: intended audience and local data
ASMR Bounce: Brick Breaker is intended for an adult audience aged 18 and over, but this is not a claim that every player is an adult or an adults-only access restriction. Content ratings describe the game's content, not a player's verified age. The game no longer asks you to select an age group. It stores earned progress, language and playback speed locally. Broad age choices saved by earlier versions may remain on the device; saved minor or unknown choices continue to suppress advertising, and are not overwritten as adult. No date of birth or identity document is collected. The gameplay code does not send these local saved values to BXK. There is no BXK game account, cloud save, chat or player profile, and no request for contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. Device backup and transfer settings may preserve local data. Parents or guardians should assist younger players where applicable law requires.
8. ASMR Bounce: Google Play purchases
Purchase-enabled releases can open Google Play Billing for the single permanent upgrade; releases with purchases disabled cannot. Google Play handles your Google Account, payment method, payment details and platform-side receipt or order information under its policies and your settings. The game does not collect payment-card details. It receives localized product and price information and signed transaction information, including the product, package, purchase state, purchase token, original signed data and signature. It checks this information on the device before granting the upgrade and asks Google Play to acknowledge a verified purchase. It does not send receipts or tokens to a BXK purchase-verification backend; we do not operate one. Separately, BXK may access order information supplied by Google Play for support, refunds and accounting. Google Play, Android and their services may also process account, device, installation or diagnostic information independently of local gameplay. Google's Privacy Policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
9. ASMR Bounce: advertising and review access
Ad-enabled Android releases use Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), Unity Ads and Unity's supporting Ad Quality/coherence libraries. The first live-ad release uses non-personalized ad requests, a G-rated content ceiling and restrictive Unity privacy signals. Non-personalized does not mean no data processing or no consent requirements. Providers may collect and share IP address and approximate location, device/app and pseudonymous user identifiers, purchase information, app/ad interactions, consent choices and diagnostic/performance information for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, app functionality, security and fraud prevention. Android's advertising-ID permission allows SDK access to that identifier where available; device privacy controls and provider rules apply. The game does not request precise location or operate a separate game account. A banner can appear at the top of the main menu. An interstitial may appear at a natural results transition after every four completed attempts, subject to availability and the app's safeguards. An optional rewarded ad grants one extra burst only after the reward is confirmed; refusal, no available ad or closing without earning the reward does not complete a level. A verified permanent upgrade removes all three formats. Saved minor/unknown age choices and unresolved purchase ownership also suppress the app's ad requests; this is not a promise of zero SDK technical processing. Before requesting ads, the app refreshes consent status, shows required regional forms and offers Privacy options in Settings when required, allowing available choices to be revisited. Intended audience and continued play are not advertising consent. Test builds use Google sample inventory or protected test devices, are not public live-ad releases and may still process data. Provider privacy information and request channels are at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy; you may also contact info@bxkdigital.com for help with privacy requests. Optional reviewer access is checked locally, lasts only for the session, is not a purchase and does not save review-session progress. Previously saved progress is unchanged.
10. Updates and contact
We update this shared policy when covered services or data practices change and revise the date above. We will explain material changes before the affected new processing begins and obtain consent where required. The game includes an offline copy in its supported languages; the company website provides the published policy and Terms of Service. Different releases may have different enabled features, as identified above. For privacy questions or requests, contact BXK Digital F.Z.C at info@bxkdigital.com.
11. ASMR Bounce on Apple devices
Purchase-enabled iOS releases use Apple StoreKit for the permanent upgrade; purchase-disabled builds do not start checkout. Apple handles the Apple Account, payment method and store-side transaction records. The game does not receive your account password, payment-card number or bank details. It uses localized product prices and StoreKit-verified product, transaction, entitlement and revocation information on the device. It does not upload receipts or transaction identifiers to a BXK verification server or analytics provider; we do not operate such a server. An eligible transaction is finished through StoreKit after delivery handling. Opening or returning to the game can refresh ownership; choosing Restore purchases can request Apple synchronization and authentication. Apple controls its own records under https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Device backup or transfer may preserve local progress and preferences according to your settings. Deleting the game does not delete a store purchase; restoring paid access does not restore earned progress or a Google Play purchase. The intended target audience is adults aged 18 and over; this is not age verification or a minimum playing age. There is no age selector. The iOS test-ad configuration can request Google's sample banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, not paid live inventory. Google UMP checks current consent status before ad initialization or requests and provides privacy options when required. Requests are non-personalized with a G content ceiling; this does not make them data-free or consent-exempt. Google advertising and consent services may process IP address, device/app information, ad interactions, diagnostics and consent choices for delivery, security and measurement. Unity Ads and Ad Quality are included for mediation preparation, but Google sample units do not test Unity ad delivery. This configuration does not request Apple's tracking permission or deliberately obtain IDFA. Future live advertising requires separate configuration and updated disclosures. Google reviewer codes are unavailable. An age choice saved by an earlier version is not verified age, parental permission or advertising consent. The game has no separate gameplay-analytics or crash-reporting SDK; advertising-related measurement is covered above. For public App Store releases, Apple may provide crash and performance reports according to device sharing settings. If BXK uses these reports, it is to diagnose defects and improve reliability, not for advertising or profiling; access and retention follow the support and security rules above. Purchase-help messages are handled under the support section; do not send payment credentials. Public-release preparation: live ads are not enabled by this notice. Separately enabled Apple releases are planned to use Google AdMob with Unity mediation, non-personalized requests and a G content ceiling. They may show a main-menu banner, an interstitial at a natural transition after four completed attempts, and an optional rewarded ad for one extra burst. Availability and consent safeguards apply; a verified upgrade removes all three formats. Advertising providers may process IP address and approximate location, device/app and pseudonymous user identifiers, purchase information, app/ad interactions, consent choices and diagnostics/performance data for advertising, measurement, analytics, functionality, security and fraud prevention. This processing is separate from the game's on-device StoreKit verification; no payment-card or bank details are supplied by that verification. Non-personalized requests do not by themselves determine whether an SDK's activities count as tracking. Before live activation, the actual SDK configuration and store disclosures must match these practices and applicable privacy choices. Provider information and request channels: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
12. Apple TestFlight beta testing
TestFlight automatically shares beta crash and usage reports with BXK. Optional feedback may include contact details, screenshots, comments and device information. Reports are not necessarily anonymous. We use them only to investigate issues, improve the beta and respond to testers, not for advertising or profiling. We restrict access to our authorized testing/support team, do not share TestFlight information with third parties, and keep any retained copies only as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending other people's personal information or unnecessary information about children. Parents or guardians should assist where appropriate. Privacy requests can be sent to info@bxkdigital.com. Apple's beta-data notice and choices are at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/data/en/test-flight/. This beta process is separate from locally saved gameplay and from public App Store diagnostics.
